Lakmi
Vilas Palace was built in 1899. It is an interesting blend
of Mughal and Rajputana architecture. The hotel is surrounded
by beautiful mustard fields. Needless to say, the palace is
breathtaking and the ambience truly exalting.

:Laxmi Vilas Palace, Bharatpur was built in 1899 for the younger
son of the then Maharaja of Bharatpur, Jaswant Singh. The
palace is an interesting combination of traditional Rajput
and Mughal style of architecture. Its single entrance, a massive
and richly carved archway, sunny courtyards and enchanting
cupolas, spacious airy rooms are adorned with colourful frescoes,
period furniture and several antiques and objects d'art. The
hotel is 2 km from famous Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary and 80
km from Agra.
